Prior approval will be required to list products in their relevant categories. See the categories page for more information or speak to one of our Customer Care Representatives.

Some products may not be listed as a matter of compliance with legal or regulatory restrictions (for example, prescription drugs) or Brawta Living’s policy (for example, images of sexual content). For detailed information, please see our Restricted Products Help Section

Yes, our payment gateway uses all the latest fraud tools and Brawta exercises thorough review and due diligence in its approval of all sales on our platform. Sellers must comply with our terms and conditions to reduce fraudulent transactions.

Before you begin the self service registration process, be sure to have the following information available:

Sellers can switch between our Individual Seller, Professional Seller and Enterprise Seller at any time. Please note that the necessary billing adjustments will not be effective until the upcoming billing cycle (1st of the month)

If you want to close your storefront permanently, our service support team can assist you. Keep in mind that you can use our product listing feature to suspend your listings, or you can remove your listings entirely but hold on to your storefront for future use.

Brawta offers 3 subscription plans for their sellers; ranging from a monthly fee of US$29.99 – USD $199 plus per-item selling fees which may vary by category.

Our Individual seller package of USD $29.99 may appeal to sellers with 15 or less items

The Professional seller package for the cost of USD $59.99 that allows you to display up to 99 of your products and services.

For businesses that operate multiple locations our enterprise seller package was designed with you in mind and available at USD $199. The package offers the ultimate selling package for medium- large scale businesses which unlocks a range of capabilities and provides access to display up to 300 items.

Your Brawta Store provides you with the ability to customize the look and feel of your storefront while trademarking your store with your very own logo and personalized store description.

As a seller on Brawta Living you will have the ability to manage your inventory with quick and easy upload of your products/services and related costing and descriptions that will be viewed by our Marketplace buyers (based on final review and approval by Brawta).

With easy log-in access and prompt notifications, managing your storefront will give you the ability to manage your customer expectations and the opportunity to provide the ultimate buyer experience.

Access your storefront using your login details to allow you to manage and update your inventory by selecting the “add a product feature”. 

For additional assistance in uploading inventory simply reach out to our Customer Support Team in guiding the process.

Receive real-time alerts of orders made to your storefront from the “ My Orders” tab available from your storefront, in addition to emailed notifications.

The shipping rates charged in disbursing your products are based on the relevant carrier fees of your product category. This cost may be susceptible to additional fees related to storage and optional services.
